Meadow grass
Manufacturer: Metal-Technik
Harrowing tool.
It levels the soil surface, breaks up crusts that form in winter, compacts the soil, and destroys small germinating weeds.
Manually or hydraulically foldable – with a width of 4, 5, 6, or 8 meters – it is designed for pasture and meadow maintenance, as well as for harrowing fields after winter. Harrows are also used for stubble cultivation and pre-sowing cultivation.
Indispensable for leveling molehills in meadows.
The drag harrow is constructed with a frame and a mesh consisting of toothed, cast iron working elements connected to each other and to the frame by steel wheels. The harrow segments are joined using special hinges that ensure stability during operation and transport.
The harrow nets are equipped with working elements that can be used on both sides: the toothed side is used for aerating grassy surfaces, preventing matting, and promoting even growth; the smooth side is used for breaking up soil clods, leveling, and conditioning grassy surfaces.
New improved design including:
- Higher tension plow share – improved plow share performance through increased soil pressure,
- wider fiber field - larger working surface,
- stronger castings (teeth) – increased durability of the fiber field,
- improved visual appearance,
- new, more convenient hitch for tractors – makes transporting harrows easier,
- Available galvanizing - corrosion protection.
