Company History
Start of Metal-Technik's Operations
Metal-Technik is an internationally operating company with experience in the metal industry that began in 2001. For the first four years, it was a leading manufacturer of metal furniture, window mounting anchors, and shop fittings for renowned Polish and foreign companies.
The main headquarters, housing the management and production departments, is located in Gałkówka, in the Miastkowo municipality, approximately 15 km from Łomża. The company employs about 250 people. It has its own design and technological department, and the company's production halls are equipped with specialized CNC machines, such as laser and plasma cutting devices, and presses, enabling us to manufacture highly technologically advanced products of high quality. Our plant meets the quality requirements for welding according to PN-EN ISO 3834-3:2007.
Expansion of operations to include new products
The experience gained and market demand have allowed us to expand our business since 2007 to include new products such as:
- Front loader for all types of tractors up to 150 HP (download - list of tractors) max. lifting capacity up to 1600 kg (we currently offer over 200 mounts for various types of tractors).
- Front loader attachments
- Telehandler and skid steer loader attachments
- Hydraulic snow plow
- Vacuum cleaner
- Spreader (mechanically or hydraulically extendable)
- Mixer
- Harvester
Our Machines Meet Requirements:
- European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Harmonized standards EN 745
Our products can be adapted to most loaders and foreign loaders manufactured in Poland.
With such intense company development, we are working on new devices and machines to support the hard work of farmers, road services, and construction companies. These efforts are backed by market information from both distributors and individual equipment buyers.
Creation of the Food Machinery Department
In March 2017, we established a food machinery department.

Development of the food department
The year 2019 marks another stage in the development of our food division, namely the implementation of technology for applying and fixing nano-coatings on food machinery in contact with raw materials.
An appropriate mixture of nanoparticles of various elements and their durable application to selected machine components ensure a reduction in the level of bacteria, yeasts, and molds in the finished product.
This is a patented technology that is innovative on a European scale.
Currently, in line with the latest trends in the food industry, products reaching consumers should have a „clean label,” meaning they do not contain any preservatives. Therefore, we are working on building a microwave pasteurizer that safely preserves food using microwaves and a magnetic field, consequently eliminating the use of preservatives at every stage of food production.
This is innovative, world-class technology that has only recently begun to be used in Polish food processing plants.
