Generator set
100 kVA – diesel
Manufacturer: Metal-Technik
ATM-100-BL generator set – 100 kVA – diesel
Metal-Technik diesel-powered generators are devices used to generate electricity in places where there is no permanent access to the mains supply or in the event of a power cut.
They are characterised by:
- High performance and durability – diesel engines can withstand heavy use and operate for many hours.
- Lower fuel consumption compared to petrol engines of the same power output, which translates into savings during prolonged operation.
- With high power output and stable voltage, they are suitable for powering industrial equipment, professional tools, emergency systems, construction sites and public facilities.
- Applications across various sectors – from construction and industry, through to medicine and IT, and on to agriculture and households.
- Fitted with safety and automation systems – including an automatic transfer switch (ATS) in the event of a power cut, and overload protection.
Diesel fuel offers better efficiency and a longer engine service life, making diesel generators the ideal choice where high power output and long-term reliability are required.

Definitions:
Rated power (PRP – Prime Rated Power) in accordance with ISO 8528-1:2018: The maximum power that a generator set is capable of producing under variable load for an unlimited number of hours per year, under the agreed operating conditions, whilst adhering to the maintenance schedules and procedures specified by the manufacturer. Over a 24-hour period, the average load factor must not exceed 70%. At this power output, an overload of 10% is permitted for 1 hour within any 12-hour period.
Maximum ESP (Emergency Standby Power) output in accordance with ISO 8528-1:2018: The maximum power available during a variable electrical power sequence, under specified operating conditions, which the generator set is capable of supplying in the event of a loss of the main power supply or under test conditions for a maximum of 200 operating hours per year, provided that the maintenance intervals and procedures specified by the manufacturer are adhered to. Over a 24-hour period, the average load factor is 70%. Overloading at this power level is not permitted.
