Metal-Technik’s metalworking services
Metal-Technik has a modern machine park and an experienced technical team, enabling it to provide a comprehensive range of services in the field of metalworking, the production of structural components and the manufacture of sub-assemblies in accordance with the customer’s technical documentation. The company ensures high-quality workmanship, process consistency and timely delivery for both one-off and mass production.
Scope of services provided
Metal-Technik offers a comprehensive range of services, including:
- laser cutting of structural sheet metal, stainless steel and other metallic materials,
- plasma cutting of thicker components,
- cutting materials to size using guillotine shears and automatic saws,
- sheet metal bending on CNC press brakes,
- sheet metal rolling and the forming of cylindrical components,
- turning and machining using CNC machine tools,
- welding of steel structures using MIG/MAG methods,
- production preparation based on the customer’s technical documentation or our own CAD/CAM designs.

Sheet metal bending and cutting
CNC press brakes:
- BAYKAL APHS 31240 with CYBELEC control – enables the bending of sheet metal of great length and thickness with high precision,
- DURMA HAP 2560 – designed for bending structural components and manufactured parts.
Equipment for cutting materials:
- BAYKAL MGH 3100×13 guillotine shears – enable quick and precise cutting of sheet metal to the required dimensions,
- PILOUS CF-NC ARG300 automatic band saws – designed for cutting pipes, profiles and structural components.

Machining stations:
- welding stations capable of producing steel structures of varying degrees of complexity.
Robotic welding
We employ modern industrial welding techniques, using semi-automatic machines from manufacturers such as KUHTREIBER and LINCOLN ELECTRIC, as well as a gas distribution system (liquid argon gasification stations from AIR LIQUIDE) and Elga GasiQ gas consumption optimisers.
Laser cutting
Metal-Technik has the following laser cutters:
- MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC ML3015 eX-45CF-R (4.5 kW) – enables the precise cutting of large-format sheet metal with high accuracy,
- MAZAK NEW TURBO X48 – designed for machining complex-shaped workpieces with high repeatability.
Plasma cutting
Plasma cutters:
- 3 × METAL-TECHNIKI WPA-3000 COMPACT – enable efficient plasma cutting of large, thick components used in steel structures.
