Metal-Technik is an international company which began building its expertise in the metal industry in 2001.

Company history
Metal-Technik begins operations
Metal-Technik is an international company which began its journey in the metal industry in 2001. For the first four years, it was a leading manufacturer of metal furniture, window fixing brackets and shop fittings for renowned Polish and international companies.
The head office, which houses the management and production departments, is situated in Gałkówka, in the municipality of Miastkowo, approximately 15 km from Łomża. The company employs around 250 staff. It has its own design and engineering department, and the company’s production halls are equipped with specialist CNC machinery, such as laser and plasma cutting machines and presses, enabling us to manufacture high-quality, technologically advanced products. Our plant meets the quality requirements for welding in accordance with PN-EN ISO 3834-3:2007.
Expanding our business to include new products
The experience we have gained, combined with market demand, has enabled us to expand our business since 2007 to include new products such as:
- Front loader for all types of tractors up to 150 KM (downloadable file – list of tractors); maximum lifting capacity of 1,600 kg (our current range includes over 200 mounting brackets for various types of tractors).
- Front loader attachments
- Attachments for telescopic handlers and mini loaders
- Snow plough (hydraulic)
- Sweeper
- Dredge (mechanically or hydraulically deployable)
- Mixer
- Rake
Our machines meet the following requirements:
- the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Harmonised standards EN 745
Our products can be adapted to fit most mounting systems for loaders and power adapters, both Polish and foreign.
With the company growing at such a rapid pace, we are working on new equipment and machinery to support the demanding careers of farmers, road maintenance crews and construction companies. This careers is informed by market feedback from both distributors and individual equipment users.
Establishment of a food machinery division
In March 2017, we set up a food machinery division.
This is the part of our company that specialises in the design and construction of machinery to meet individual and specific customer requirements. Our machines are „tailor-made” to meet our clients’ requirements in full, both in terms of technology and size.
Growth of the food division
The year 2019 marks the next stage in the development of our food division, namely the implementation of technology for applying and curing nano-coatings to food processing machinery at points of contact with raw materials.
A suitable mixture of nanoparticles of various elements, applied in a sufficiently durable manner to selected machine components, ensures a reduction in the levels of bacteria, yeast and mould in the finished product.
This is a patented and innovative technology on a European scale.
Currently, in line with the latest trends in the food industry, products reaching consumers should be „white label”, i.e. contain no preservatives, which is why we are working on the development of a microwave pasteuriser that safely preserves food using microwave radiation and a magnetic field, thereby eliminating the need for preservatives at every stage of food production.
This is an innovative technology of the highest global standard, which has only recently begun to be used in Polish food processing plants.
We specialise mainly in machinery such as:

- mixers with a dosing function
- tilting devices for barrels and pallet boxes
- microwave pasteurisers
