Pr\u00e9paration de la surface<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 grenaillage : avant le rev\u00eatement en poudre, la structure en acier est soigneusement nettoy\u00e9e par grenaillage. Toutes les impuret\u00e9s, la rouille et les anciens rev\u00eatements sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s, ce qui assure une rugosit\u00e9 de surface appropri\u00e9e. Application de poudre de peinture<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 application \u00e9lectrostatique : la peinture en poudre est appliqu\u00e9e sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 peindre \u00e0 l'aide d'un pistolet de pulv\u00e9risation qui charge \u00e9lectrostatiquement les particules de poudre. Durcissement du rev\u00eatement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 cuisson au four : apr\u00e8s application de la peinture en poudre, la structure est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un four, o\u00f9 elle est chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d'environ 180-200\u00b0C.
